• 2 pm: If you are flying in to the SLC airport, be AT THE AIRPORT by 2 pm. We will arrange for your transportation to the cabin.

• 6 pm: Dinner at the cabin. All meals are provided for you and are, of course, delicious.
  

• 7 pm: Your business, Your purpose Training. Focus and narrow your purpose for being in business. This is the foundation of all work we will do this weekend.
  

• 8 pm: Campfire Training & Marshmallow Roast: Where have you been & where are you going. Design your one-year playing BIG goal.
  

Saturday, Day 2 in the Business Intensive: Your Business Analysis

• 7 am:  optional workout & meditation

• 8 am: breakfast

• 9 -11 am: Organize your entire business by the Kim Flynn Quadrant System. Determine what is actually making you money in all areas of your business.  Create your business blueprint right here, right now. 

• 11am: Lunch & private sessions with our guest trainer
  

• 12 pm: Group activity. Don't roll your eyes now--your brain needs some down time, so we do some fun activities to help you relax!

• 1-3 pm:  Afternoon Training Session. Business analysis: where are your Leaks? What are your highest yield activities? Build a complete system to work IN your business and work ON your business.

Sunday, Day 3 in the Business Intensive: Nothing but Marketing

• 7 am:  optional workout & meditation

• 8 am: breakfast

• 9 -11 am: Morning Training Session. The foundation of your marketing plan. Learn what the foundation of your marketing plan is, and more importantly, build it right here, right now. Create your marketing message, your USP, and tag line. 
  

• 11 am Working lunch: Get in groups to brainstorm your marketing message while you relax and eat.
  

• 1-3 pm:  Afternoon training session: Build your online and offline marketing funnel. Tier out your Product. Learn how to create tiers of products and stop leaving easy dollars behind.
  

• 4 pm: Outdoor activity. We will go on a hike, go to the lake, or just go outside and play!

• 5-7 pm: Build your marketing plan and know step-by-step how to execute it. You will choose your marketing method and leave with a systematized marketing plan. 

• 7 pm: Group building activity and FUN with guest trainer: activities and training will vary based on the guest trainer. I bring in the best of the best!

• 8 pm: Plug & Play Party: take all of your training from the entire week & immediately put it into your online tracking system so you know exactly what you need to do on Monday morning, and Tuesday, and Wednesday . . .
  

Monday: Travel back
